 Be prepared to walk in & wait & wait..

Have been a few times over the years to see if has improved.
the food is nice ... but the wait is awful!
seriously 35minutes the other day 22/5/13 to get a simple kebab. (it's not like i ordered 10!)
i am easy going & understand if you want it fresh you wait.
really don't think i can be bothered again . very dissapointed :(
but for a take away kebab to wait 35minutes is nothing short of bad service & obviously organisation leaves a lot to be desired.
