I have been a regular customer of your business for over 7 years, i was dissapointed for the first time the other day when not only have the prices gone up but when i got a fillet burger the chicken fillet was 1/4 the size than they normally are, i would be more than happy to pay the price increase if the fillet was the same size but it we so small i was stunned! i also bought another burger last night and this fillet was even smaller!! im not impressed at all as for so long you have kept the same standards and now your company is reflecting kfc with the price increase and the portion decrease....my email is [email protected] if you wish to queary me further on this subject....as for everything on the menu its perfect but your famous burgers are becoming more famous for all the wrong reasons and i havent enjoyed the last couple i have bought and felt very ripped off!
other than that i still love your company and think your doing great and the staff are wonderful at your claremont store....hoping to see so improvements in the burgers soon.
