Right from arriving at the restaurant the service was poor.
the meal was just average and the portions small.
we had the banquet and it was poor value at $40 per head.
i would avoid this restaurant. there are better ones around.

Really nice atmosphere and looks lovely with white table cloths and cloth serviettes. food is really tasty and great value. great service and friendly staff

Tulsi has great quailty food at a resonable price, i have benn there a few times and have enjoyed myself. the enviroment is lovely and friendly, its quite modern which gives at a great feel.
cant wait till a have another meal at tulsi!!!!
