Never again
|
Travelling through the gong, stopped at tony's for dinner. the pregnant worker was rude, we purchased 7 pieces of fried chicken, chips, peas, corn cobs. the corn was dry so couldn't eat it all, the chicken was vile, we both at one piece each but threw out the rest. the only thing that tasted half decent was the chips. never never again.

It's just a chicken shop!
|
We live just around the corner from tony's chicken shop - and i'd rather travel to another suburb to get a roast chicken.
the chicken is always grey and oily - and tastes as if it's been under a heat-lamp for the last 8 hours.
tony, you need to buy better produce. i'd even consider paying more if your chickens were of a higher quality!!

The original tony's chicken shop
|
Funny enough the chicken is the best thing at tony's. i've never been a fan of mass produced sloppy crap that comes in the form of garlick potatoes, three day old salads, and fruit salad minus the freshness.
tony's is great for charcoal chicken. the rest of the *fresh* salads and pasta dishes etc are not too great.

Great value for money. the range was suitable for 10 year olds to 50 year olds. the range of food suited everyone for both lunch and dinner. will use tony's chicken shop each time our association travel to wollongong for basketball.
