Service in this place is shocking. slow and the staff are rude. they bring the wrong meals, if you dare to complain you cop an earful about how lucky you are to be eating there. i'll never go back.

Waiting for an hour for an entree while another table was seated, ordered, served, and gone. staff were milling about in the hallway leading to the kitchen and had to be found so we could order more drinks while waiting for our food.
restaurant can't handle split bills and weren't aware of atm locations, so we had to all get cash out from them and pay as a group.
food was nice, so the kitchen staff are doing a bang-up (if slow) job. service staff brought the wrong orders three times and thought it was funny, and hadn't actually checked which table numbers to deliver to.
would only recommend to people who enjoy terrible interior design and having to play 'where's my waitress' to get another drink

Thought it looked like a nice place for a special dinner. sat down and could barely see each other in the dark. staff brought over a fake candle to try and brighten the setting, took drink, entree and main orders straight away and delivered within ten minutes, bringing our entree shortly after. then they weren't seen for twenty minutes. a table of nine nearby was seated and served their main meals before our table of three. upon inquiring about our meals, they were brought out straight away, still relatively tastey but lukewarm. the service killed it for me and my companions, won't be going back.
