I've been eating here for years and i've never had a bad meal thai is my favorite food and i can always count on thai chill out for fast friendly service and consistently good food! as for the above comment , no you can't expect a refund the next day if no one has been made aware of the problem at the time! even if it is takeaway it's like taking an empty plate back and saying you didn't like it or it was the wrong thing and expecting your money back! if you worked in the food industry you might think differently!

Gave this restaurant a 2nd go after having had prawn dishes previously with soggy prawns (read old) and having ordered 5 dishes found hair in 2 of them. disgusting! spoke to staff next day as we didnt eat in but ordered take away and were very rudely told that they could do nothing for us as we didnt return the food to them the previous night. even after explaining it wa my mothers birthday and we werent about to get in the car again and disrupt the evening they couldnt have cared less. said not their policy. obviously customer care isn't either. wouldn't dream of going again.
