After reading other reviews we found ourselves compelled to try this place on our recent visit to berry and we found the owner(man at front desk) to be funny charming witty and very very polite and courteous!!! as the poster of the review on 21/7/12 said....maybe its the people complaining who have bad attitudes and as such are dealt with accordingly!!!!! great place will return anytime we are in berry!

Earlier reviewer is spot on. the man at the front counter was extremely rude. have never experienced such poor customer service in a restaurant before. spoilt what should have been a pleasant meal

Great food, beautiful fresh vegetables. wouldn't recommend eating in, on account of the poor restaurant atmosphere, but for a take away it is great. on more than one occasion the owner (the guy at the front, as referred to in previous reviews) has has happily discounted the price on account of me not having the right cash. i guess the negative personal comments given before reflect the customers writing the reviews more that the guy behind the counter.

They were bussy with take away and should not open as a dine in restaurant. the room is empty and has no decor at all and as far as the man on the front counter! he has no idea how to deal with or how to talk to customers and should not work anywhere exept at the base of a mine and not see the light of day. unfortunately the food was overcooked on the night and took 45 mins to get an entree and i think it was left cooking for that time. overall appointment's all round and would not recommend it over any other restaurant including mcdonalds

Everything from this restaurant is home grown and made to order. the flavours are lovely, and they'll make something specific for you if you request it. it's not the nicest atmosphere for eating in, but the take away menu has lots of options, so it's great for a lazy night in.

Terrible service and manners

These people have upset most of the locals i have met in berry with the service received by the man taking the orders. he truly has no idea what courteous means and makes no attempt to make you feel welcome. he sould be working in a greasy spoon taking hamburger orders. the food is ok, not great and if there was an alternative most people would take it. it is not so much a restaurant as a take away waiting room so plan to eat at home if you are after atmosphere as there is none here.
