Myself & the family went 2 the black rock taco bills 4 a quick meal, what a disaster. firstly we ordered the banquet for 2 for my wife & i, 15 mins later they come & say we can't have it 4 some policy reason, we have 3 little kids with us & apparently they miht share some even though we ordered kids meals? we order lime drinks for the 3 kids. we get lemon. we ask for wine glasses, takes 10 mins, ask for a wine bucket, takes 20 mins. meals come for the kids we asked for soft tacos so hard ones arrive, kids not impressed, we don't complain. i have been there 50-60 times in the last 13 years & had a basketball break-up a few months ago for 40 people including all the kids. i paid a $350 deposit via credit card & was due to get the cash back as confirmed with the manager as she forgot to give me on the night, she is not there & they won't give the cash 2 me, claim she is uncontactable. i have to pay for the meal even though taco bills owe me $350 as the boss o the phone won't budge, i give them my cba bank details & the stand in manager promises me that is will b deposited on the next day, no deposit hits my account, absolute disgrace!!!!
