Not happy jan!

I am very annoyed to have been ignored by the two employees in the store today at 14.30 it seems i have become invisible as while i politely waited to be served, unable to make eye contact or be acknowledged in any way, 3 young people who walked in were served immediately! they could tell i was astonished and commented but the staff kept their heads down. i left the store, saying over my shoulder, "you are both very rude", still no response. i will not be returning, ever. i have never been on the receiving end of such poor service in my life!
