I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at subway leederville.
yesterday afternoon i had purchased a platter and paid up front for it and said that i would pick it up at 7pm.
upon arriving at 7pm i picked up the platter and was accused of lying about whether i had paid upfront. every time i said "i have already paid" the sandwhich assistant's response would be "no you haven't, no you haven't". so i got fed up due to his lack of manners and approach to the situation so i went back to my car, got the receipt and came back to be told "you've already paid".
my reaction: "no sh*t. why on earth would i lie about a $55 platter when i'm dressed in a f*cken suit?". here's a tip, accusing your customers of lying is the worse way to maintain client retention.

Over charged

Hi there,
this is for the oxford st leederville subway. i came in a bought 3x 6inch subs and 1 footlong.
1. 6inch - vege delite
2. 6inch - sweet chicken teriyaki
3. 6inch - sweet chicken teriyaki with avo.
1. footlong - sweet chicken teriyaki.
and i was charged $45 for all 4 subs. when i got back to my office i looked at the reciept and i was apauled at the items on the reciept, i was charged for a steak and cheese footlong, which i was charged $9.85. that is about $10 you are owing me. in my case i am there for lucky i had said yes to the reciept. i will be visiting the store later on, and expect my money back.
