I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. i have been to this store on 3 occasions and thought i have caught her on a bad day, but it seems that is her general attitude to her job. i have never complained about any service before but i personally find her attitude so bad that she actually wrecked my mood while i was in there. i have other friends who visit this store and all have encounted her. i highly suggest management take notice of this as i would travel further to another subway to avoid this experience yet again..

Customer service at browns plains is non-existent!! from no greeting by the frowning attendant, no eye contact at any time, wrong order as proof she was not listening at all through to having our card thrown back across the counter after paying, i can guarantee we will not be returning! must remind your staff we are paying for theit wages and without customers.you have no business. for the 2 girls working at 7pm on 15 october, your company can thank you for the loss of our business! for the manager, i would be.ashamed to allow such a poor attitude! beyond disappointed!
