If you want great tasting chinese food that is good value for money this is the place, it is fresh, tasty and value for money. i recommend the sweet and sour pork, it was yum yum!!! and there special fried rice is super delicious. i've had a lot of chinese food in my time this ranks up there as one of the best.

I have rated low on atmosphere as i have never eaten in, we always get silver moon as takeaway - and it's easily the best chinese on the northern end of the central coast. highly recommend: boneless lemon chicken, curry king prawns with vegetables, pork ribs, mongolian lamb - even the fish and chips from there is beautiful! quick, friendly, all round great service.

I ordered 3 dished and they were disgusting, i have never had bad chinese in my life until i came here. their seafood dishes dont have real seafood they are full of seafood filler and i think it was off. they are very expensive so i thought the quality would be good but i was wrong. the food is very oily - usually you cant see the oil in chinese food as its mixed in, there was so much it was floating ontop and the containers were oily. jo2dal is right the containers were half empty. go to budgewoi soccer club instead. gwandalan bowling club also good. wyong rsl buffet or the greens at the entrance. dont waste your money for disgusting food. i dont mind paying more if the food is good and i dont have to travel but it was just awful, get some takeaway next door dont go here

4 kids and 2 adults who did not want a drink we ordered 4 glasses of lemonade 1 for each child and were told its cheaper to buy a jug we did not think to look at the price our mistake as we pay $6 for a jug at the club and most other premises around the same the kids got a glass each and it was gone so we ordered another jug these were not( big jugs) when we received the bill it had $25 for 2 jugs of lemonade i queastioned the bill and was told each jug is $12.50 are you for real $12.50 i could have brought 7 bottles of 3 litres lemonades im still in shock and will never ever return there they would have used 2 bottles of lemonade for the jugs not like we had mixed drinks ie: coke,lemonade or sumthing else it was just lemonade

We have had only one meal at the silver moon ( take away) when we first moved to budgewoi... comparable to the best chinese restaurants that we have eaten at.value for money and lots od food, not skimpy. will be back again and again

Very very expensive and unreasonable. was charged extra for a dish with no vegetables and all the containers were half empty with sauce and little meat. definitely taking advantage of being the only chinese place in budgewoi ps 3.60 for prawn chips?? wtf? they are free every where else or atleast free when u spend over $50!! total order was over 90 but definitely received 20 dollars worth of food. very disappointed. no wonder there was noone in there while the pizza shop down the road is cranking.
