Had my family over to my place for pizza a couple of nights ago, we placed an order with sisi's and drove there to pick up pizza's, when i went to pay i was asked for $70.00 (for 5 pizzas) i only had sixty dollars so i drove back home to get 10 extra dollars, when i told my wife i needed the extra money she showed me the menu which showed the pizza should of been $60.00,
i took the extra $10 and headed on my way, i told them that they were overcharging, they said no.....we have just changed our menu and the new price will make it $70.00 i asked to see the new menu.......they said they were still waiting for it to arrive!......
nothing in the outlet referred to new pricing.
as i had my family waiting for the pizza i paid the $70.00. on the way home-stewing at what just had happened. i decided to call them to let them know i was not happy with how they handled the situation. i called, the girl i had dealt with answered and apologised and said she would put her boss on the phone.............understanding they were quite busy i told her that her boss could call me the next day to discuss, i left my number .........but never got a call.
anyway due to the restaurant sending me home to get the $10 (that was not required according their current menu) we ate expensive cold pizza that night

what can i say
sisi pizza!
its the best pizza/pasta store that i have been to!! the food there is absolutely amazing and its to die for!
everytime i go into the shop, there is something new!
for all those people who like pasta, i am telling you now .. you should try the red sauce! its amazingly yummy, i have never tried anything so good before.
the service is great and you feel so 'at home', if you know what i mean.
its a friendly place and unlike some other food stores, you actually look forward to sitting and waiting for your pizza because of how fun it can be.
anyway, my point..
its amazing! and i will never get sick of the food :d

The service in that we recieve is always fantastic!.the prices are on par with all other pizza shops, and the toppings are light hands :) luv the delux range worth the extra.

I just moved to emrald few weeks ago. i love italian cusine in general. was refered to sisi pizza thru a local and i was blown away by the food and the service, they were of great standard. i am sold to be a regular.

Repeated attempts to order delivery pizzas from this pathetic impersanation of a business have failed. 30-40 minute waits have turned into 80 -90 minute waits with still no pizza. they blame lots of orders. clearly they take advantage of consumers knowing that if they get the odd complaint they offer a free pizza and everything is ok. come on consumers dont fall for it dont be taken advantage of. there is plenty of competition in emerald so go just up the road and dont let these incompetents take advantage of you.
