I have been back to this f&c many times and the meal is alway great. i would suggest phoning in the order during peak season especially on a friday. as a plus, taking the f&c across the road to the beach is a real bonus.

We were holidaying down on the mornington peninsula and it was a hot stinking night and we really felt like fish n chips on the beach. we found sharks inn and went in for a feed. the place was absolutely packed so we knew we were on to a good thing and it's literally across the road from the beach - even better. staff were friendly and extremely accommodating, even with the mad rush of rude and somewhat nasty customers demanding their food in minutes (when they could clearly see that the shop was packed). i think i had the best piece of flake i have ever eaten from here and the chips and oil tasted very clean. will definitely be going back there again next time i'm down on the peninsula. keep up the great work sharks inn and thanks!!!

The older lady working the grill tonight was so rude we will never be back again. being locals, and having so many great fish and chip shops in the area why would we? tourists might keep patronising your store not knowing any better but locals have a long memory. you have a good experience locally you tell a few friends, you have a bad one and you tell as many people as you can! the other reviews speak for themselves!

Went to shark inn on our holiday and witnessed the rudest display from a male member of staff that i have ever seen. unrepentant, unhelpful, talked back and very rude. once the customer demanded a refund he threw the money at him (eventually) and then proceeded to talk about him with other staff once he had left. will not visit again and food was very disappointing and burned
