This pizza had great toppings .. good quality... but the base tomato sauce yuckkkkkkk!! ruined it alll . tangy . for the price do not bother!

I've been going here for years but recently tried to express my disapointment at some fairly ordinary pizza's i got on a busy saturday night. i talked to a young lass at the counter who quickly nipped round the back and then emerged apologising and told me there was no manager on this evening and the owner would be available in the morning!! this to me is the biggest problem as no one is controlling what is being made or what is being used. my crust was "floppy"and undercooked and yet burnt on top.
the cheese in this place is different whenever i go there and weekends are the worst. meals are around $30 for a main and pizza's are not much less so it's certainly not cheap and in some cases not even reasonable. i'd suggest they go back to the basics and do it the way it used to be when i first came to town in 01. currently i use la casalinga and am very pleased with them. they know how to cook a base at least.

I ordered a delivery(my first)at 7.30 pm on a friday night , knowing it would be busy! the girl who took my order was so friendly and nice (she actualy called me back half way thru the order as my mobile cut out! i ordered 2 small pizza's,2 small pasta's a garlic bread,coke,and a slice of cheese cake.i asked if they could throw in a menu as i had never tried "sammy's before"! i was told it would be an hour's wait and i payed over the phone with my credit card $76. within half an hour it was delivered by a cool/freindly driver except no cheesescake, so the driver went to go get it and then i realized no garlic bread,we caught the driver and it was in the car,the pizza's were ok , the veg pasta was un eatable and i gave it back to the driver when he returned with the cheese cake 15 minutes later ... so it is still the best out of all delivered pizza's in alice!

The food at this place was a big let down. we ordered two different pizza's and both had very little flavour. as we ordered a takeaway i am not able to comment alot on the service, however as for atmosphere the place seemed like i was inside a big amusement park..if you have a family and small children i think it would be great as they have the play equipment, but for anyone else i would choose somewhere else if i was you.
