I have tried to ring many times thephone is amazingly of the hook for ages on different nights very frustrating. one night i was asked to wait on phone and i waited over half an hour i could not believe they didnt come back to phone. very unprofessional.i prefer to do business with john dory and they give me a smile. and answer their phone always. im sorry but im sure im not the only one who has received this service.
