Our family has followed joanne and her family from jindalee to mt ommaney and now to chapel hill....it is the most reasonably priced best thai fair you will experience. on the main nights you may encounter some waiting....thats because its the best and most popular thai in brisbane..

Our families and friends have been enjoying sri thai every six months since around 1994 - last few years the service has gotten worse, and the food on busy nights lacking. our most recent visit saw dozens of takeaways leaving the kitchen but nothing hitting the dining room. we had a wait of over one hour between apps and mains. we refused to pay for some dishes they were so bad - even the hard-to-mess-up tom yum soups were below tinned-soup standard. such a shame a once favourite restaurant has gone downhill so quickly and there are no other thai for some distance.

Service was dreadful. enquired after an hour when our mains might arrive, were told they were busy. after an hour and a quarter asked again and apparently fried rice takes a long time to cook. we left after an hour and a half, leaving money on the table for the entrees. never again.
