Meets need well

Well suited to local need for many 'fixed income' seniors. a refreshing, unpretentious service which offers about the best 'real' burgers in perth at a delightful location! may well be lost as c. of canning redevelop the site and so overcapitalize it to the point no one can make a go of it or at a price suited to the local clientele.
