As a red rooster fan, i have been to this / my local store manny times. unfortunately always unhappy with food , yet i keep thinking i'm unlucky and next time will be ok, their chips taste like they have been re heated, and are often cold. i have asked for fresh chips and they are the same. different seasoning to other stores , and dry chicken also tasting different than how it dose at other red rooster stores. i now only buy red rooster when out of town. where i have always been happy.

I loved my experience at red rooster victoria point it was very good the food was excellent and fresh,the cashiers were friendly and the managers was awesome they all know what they are doing the shop was really clean couldnt say anything bad about it my over all experience was excellent and have no idea why there are bad reviews as it was awesome =]

They have maggots crawling around in the kitchen because they fail to clean the bins at night. they also use tomatoes with mould on them cause they cant afford to waste it. ew! if you ever go to red rooster i suggest just getting the chicken.

I would like to thank the great staff at this store they always bring me my meal within a great speed the cashiers are alway friendly . i come through drive thru regularly and i have to say this is the best red rooster i have been to . you guys got me hooked , will alway come back 5 stars!

Disappionting victoria point store

I was in drive through for over 5 min i was the only car at the time, i did not get any repsone from the order box, i had to drive to the last window and was about to drive off as i was thinking the store was closed before i seen the boys in the back standing around talking, a lady came to take the order witch was not fresh there was not sorry for the wait as customer service should say, service was not at all good, would not go back in a hurry due to the service and food.
