I was served by a trainee who was very friendly and was polite. the service when i came in was quick, and the staff seemed to be very commited to getting the orders out as quick as possible.

I enjoy the food but the service through the drive through is ridiculously slow and on more than one ocassion i have received the wrong order ie. order and pay for a large meal but get a small chips.

I would say 70% of the time i decide to order at this red rooster store the staff are extremely rude and get my order wrong. and of course i only notice my order is wrong when i get home. the other day i waited 15mins in the drive through and the young girl wondered why i was upset?
please get some senior compititent staff in there or the store will not last! i would rather to to arana hills for the moment.
