When you 1st opened your service was great, food was as tasty as the add and you next to never got the order wrong in the drive through.
however this is no longer the case, several times half my order has been missing and by the time i get to where i am going it's too far to turn around and come back.
also several people who work the drive through have been rude and clearly do not want to be working there. but what has been the straw that broke the camels back was my last order i placed with you this lucnh time. i asked for my usual. 2 flava deals upsized to large drink and chips and to have bacon added.
i always get this and have done so one a fortnight for lunch for me and a friend, so the price is regular and known. today i was charged $27.95!! when i queried the price for the order the attendant rudley told me that price was correct for my order. payment was made and we let the drive through, only to find we had been grosly over charged, a packt of chips was missing and there was no bacon on the flavas. this is the last time i am going to put up with rudeness, screwed up orders and rudness from staff and i want it known, you want red rooster...go to ballarat!!
