Misleading representation of your product
|
Thursday 29/11/12 around 6pm. i was so sick of recieving half a box of air with every box of chips i order from red rooster henley brook, so this time when i placed my order for my families dinner that evening i requested our large chips to be packed as they were represented on the drive through menue "the box open not closed with chips hanging out the top of the box as opposed to a very loosly filled closed box of chips predominantly full of air. i recieved a closed box when i collected my order. i repeated my request to recieve the product i ordered as advertised. i waited a few minutes and recieved the same again. again i stated this is not what i ordered and was then refered to the manager. i advised him the reason i was making a stand was the repeated half full closed box's of chips i continually recieve at this particular store. to which he replied, that is the required method of serving chips dictated buy head office. i submitted that does not address the fact i continually recieve less product even in the red rooster approved packaging/fill ratio and all i am asking is to humor me and fullfill a reasonable request so i can feel some measure of compensation/satisfaction for previous rip offs. he again declined and re-stated red rooster policy and that they are required to pack according to weight. are you for real. i have never seen any fast food establishment use scales when serving chips. what a joke!! complaint resolution is not a strong point of your store mannager. misleading representation sounds like a breach of fair trading regulations to me!!

Called in at 9.45pm sunday drive thru for salt/pepper squid, fish/chips and a desert. we're moving house so justified the callories.opened the food in the car park .the squid was 8 dried up shrivelled pieces at the bottom of a large paper cup. the fish was still in it's frozen state, i'm talking totally stiff frozen fish in cooked batter. t here was no desert. when i took the meal back inside the sweet young thing poked her finger into the fish and said "yep it's frozen" seems their new trainee who looked all of 10 did not know he was cooking frozen fish. desert she said should have been picked up by me from the cabinet. h ello ? i ordered drive thru. too young, no training no supervision. guy came in to order while i was there she asked "dine in or take away" he pointed out that all the chairs were up on tables. 'have a good day" she said to me. it was by this 9.55 pm. i blame the franchisee or whoever who are happy to take your money, provide inedible food and pay these kids low wages and let them take the flak. go home and make a toasted sandwich is my advice

The staff are all young with no direction or leadership, the service is lousy - only used as a last resort.
