I have lived in laverton for 3 years and no wonder i have not heard about them.
two nights in a row out of the same food which is not acceptable.they even cancelled my online order because they were out of the food but failed to tell me and i had to call to find out. the next day i tried to call to ask if the same food was back in stock and the phone was disconnected so i drove down. the boss was arrogant and argumentative. they left food out of the order because they forgot to write it down and tried to blame me saying i didnt ask for them. when he took my order he asked the boss if the items were available and he said yes but im the one who forgot? there is not even a menu on the wall.

Great staff, great pizza, pasta n parmas. deals are awesome and the gourmet pizza range, is to die for! never have to wait long and no matter what i order, it always hits the spot!

I moved to point cook six months ago and have tried various pizza shops in the area and have yet to find a pizza shop that has made a pizza that i could enjoy tbh they are pretty ordinary in point cook. after i saw the reviews of this shop i was a little hesitant but thought id give it a go and im glad i made the choice to give them a go i would endorse them to anyone btw handy hint they have a 2 pizza for $20 deal which feeds my family of 4 i would suggest give them a try and make ur own mind up

I refuse to buy from this shop anymore. i used to be a loyal customer but in the past six to eight months, the whole place has gone downhill. i have never seen such disregard for occupational health and safety (one girl would wear her hair down!). there was no uniform code (never seen so many bra straps-again, the girl who wore her hair down). absolutely foul language from the staff, and absolute rubbish treatment of the youngest staff member by almost all of the older staff, including the owner and manager of the shop. will not be ordering from red gum ever again!
