 Disappointed with pizzas

We have been getting pizzas from here for years and loved them. last night we ordered a vegetarian with no cheese. disgusting. there was no tomato sauce or very little a few onions and sparse green capsicum and black olives. my husband couldn't eat it and it was like a peice of dried cardboard. the other pizzas were okay just. the crust used to be thicker but now very thin. very disappointed. i believe new owners maybe that's the reason.

Although we strive for a 100% satisfaction level for all our customers, occaisionaly we don't achieve this. it is very difficult to burn a pizza in a conveyor style oven. it is possible that this occured but unlikely. we take all customer complaints seriously, but also can't give out free pizza to just anyone who is unhappy. we would like to invite mr butterfield to come into the store, meet our happy staff and recieve two free pizza vouchers. thus allowing us the chance to win back a long time customer.

I have been using this place for five years. so far it has been pretty good. tonight however i am disgusted. i complained that the pizza delivered was burned. i asked to speak to the manager who said well i can bring you another one, but if i don't think it is you will have to pay for another one. you gotta be kidding. i am not satisfied and the customer is wrong!!!! good luck mr manager, i hope you change your attitude. i will be ordering from elsewhere in future. it used to be excellent under the previous management, now it just gets worse. if this idiot treats his staff as badly as his customers, maybe the authorities should have a quick squiz!!!!

 Really gone downhill

I used to be a regular at this shop. the old owner was always present ensuring his pizzas were made to a high standard. and the taste of the pizza was delicious and consistent. since changing hands a few months ago, things have gone downhill. originally the new owner stuck with the old owner's recipes. then the first change we noticed was the tomato topping...it tasted different - too sweet. by the next visit they had changed back again so all was good. but the last pizzas we bought there over a week ago will be the last we ever buy there. could not eat them! the taste had completely changed and from a thin, crisy pizza they had gone to some deep pan experiment. the dough wasn't even fluffy. the pizza base was hard as nails - even my chickens wouldn't touch it after i threw the pizzas out! you just lost a loyal, long standing customer... and neighbours have been voicing the same opinion. bad move to change the recipe and style of pizza! this is what customers have been coming for, for years.
