Phoned for a pizza -waited an hour and didn't come. phoned up & told the driver was just around the corner (we live 2 minutes by car). waited another 20 minutes-phoned again -same story ,drivers just around the corner - third time got abusive for them lying to me - finally arrived 95 mins late. wanted to know how long it had been sitting and was told it was a maximum 20 mins old - doesn't make sense when the driver was just around the corner 45 mins before- wouldn't give it to us -got myself blacklisted for swearing at them-lost my business after 5 years of loyalty
