As an employee of pizza lovers, i completely agree with the two above reviews. i mean yes it is disgusting and completely filled with teens with no where better to go. but honestly the pizza isnt that bad, and the service isnt that bad either. personally i spend most of my time outback washing dishes and so forth, partly due to my training as a chefs assistant partly because of embarrassment. the only reason i still work there is because its a complete bludge and the pay is alright for doing nothing. everytime i go there instincs say to do something, like a normal person does, but there is honestly nothing to do. fortunately it has recently closed and i am actually half greatful for this, because it has released me from this idea of work, and i think working there has dropped basically all my working standards, in school, work, home and pretty much anywhere. message to dan the owner... "get stuffed and thanks for actually telling me that we closed, because yeh i totally new that its closed cause you are completely thoughtful and have great "communication skills"

I would like to comment on the store. when walking into the shop tonight to get my daughter a pizza, i was blown away. there were about 8 teenage boys, noisy, dancing, music, mucking around, and 1 girl sitting on the stainless steel bench by the till, with legs crossed, on the bench, munching on a half eaten sandwich, talking on the telephone. two other boys behind in the kitchen with the boy who was making the pizza, mucking around. i said, this is disgusting, this is a food premises, it was dirty, filled with kids hanging around, like a hang-out joint, supposedly selling pizzas for your name - pizza lovers. then i nearly slipped in through the door, bruising my thigh, as half the door was closed, hidden by plastic straps hanging from the top. is this how this store is run on a regular basis? i was amazed that there was no phone number to call, and these kids were left to their own devices. surely there is someone looking over them and supervising your food store. i rang directory and there is no head office to call. someone should have come out tonight to mooroolbark to see for themselves! sorry to have to send this complaint, but if you are concerned at all about the running of mooroolbark, a senior should be out there to check things out.

Cheapest pizza in mooroolbark. pizza base is very thick, but the pizza is essentially tasteless. staff always seem to be disinterested teenagers. wouldn't recommend.
