Poor staff, poor management, poor effort

Debated with the other half over where to get dinner from and ended up choosing this, the online ordering system was not working, phoned the call center to place an order, was told that the delivery time would be 35 minutes which was acceptable. after 1 hour and 35 minutes we called to ask what was taking so long we were put through to the store and attempted to speak with the manager though it was difficult as there was a huge language barrier, he informed us that it wouldnt be long we then got a call from the delivery driver who got lost and went to the wrong building i had to walk out onto the street and find him. made the transaction and headed up the drive way and back inside, opened the boxes up and found the order to be incorrect and one pizza looked like it had been dropped in transit, the pizza was all on one side of the box and folded over. upon having another conversation with the manager he informed us that he was sending 2 new pizzas out that would arrive in 10 minutes. we were starving at this point so we began eating the pizzas we had already recieved and found a hair of moderate length in one of them disgusted by this we threw it in the bin. called the manager again and he told us that he would be sending our exact cost back with the driver. we put the pizzas back in thier boxes and waited, the driver wanted to see the pizza + the hair which we could no longer produce so he halved the money that was to be returned to us. when we opened these pizzas to find that one of them looked as though it had been dropped with all of the symptoms of the first one, the whole experiance left me feeling physically ill and by the end of it all i went to bed without eating. never order from this pizza hut.
