Don't know about the pizza but the pasta is fantastic.loved the chicken and veal cannelloni.just found out the store is gone.where are you pizza den!!!

We typically avoid your usual pizza outlets as they're always somewhat disappointing - undercooked, salty, greasy, cold... usually they're fairly poor. so we thought we'd try the latest newcomer, pizza den.
we purchased (takeaway) a supreme and a ham and pineapple pizza for the whopping price of $38. yes, $38. we had high hopes! unfortunately the pizzas were virtually inedible. it was a slight giveaway when we noticed that each pizza box seemed to weigh in the vicinity of 2kg each.... the pizzas were completely overloaded with cheese and huge clumps of mince meat (i've never seen so much cheese on a pizza in my life) - and as a result, the toppings were a thick, solid, salty, sodden, literally dripping with grease mess. quite disgusting. i thought pizza hut pizzas could be oily but i've never seen anything like this! a real shame as the base looked like it would be great with a normal amount of toppings.
we won't be returning - but if you simply must try them for yourself, perhaps ask for less topping/cheese.
