Disappointed

Usually great. fantastic bases. t his time however foccasia was well over done. black around edges and cheese was brown all over and dry. could eat only from the very centre. the rest inedible. perhaps need to keep animals out of the store. staff playing with dog inside while i waited for order, then returned to behind counter to handle food without washing hands. i found this to be both unhygienic and unprofessional. i would like to think this was a one of.
