Very bad customer service

Refused to deliver a lunch order, then blatantly ignored the girl who went to collect our order. made her wait 20 mins, and in the meantime took a phone order, packed it up and left to deliver it!! extremely rude and unprofessional. will never recomend this lunch bar to anyone. as we have used peppas for years, but never again!!!!

Shop is disgustingly dirty, service is appalling, would rather eat dirt than eat anything from here.
