Just tried old salts for the first time. got home tucked in only to find half way through that the fish was raw in the middle. how hard can it be to fry fish until it's cooked!! won't be going back.

Beautiful fish and chips, always fresh and tasty. service has always been immaculate, the owner is polite, friendly and fast. the shop is always squeaky clean and best of all, the food is delicious. can't recommend highly enough!

Old salty knows what he's doing. fresh fish expertly cooked. i've never been disappointed. note- strictly take away unless you want to eat perched on a rickety stool.

He is usually angry, and the service is extremel y slow, theres no where to sit, its not very appealing , though the food is delicious!!
