 Never been more horrified at terrible sevice

Absolutely mortified at the actions/reactions of a friendly complaint. i have been a regular customer for a while and have often witnessed the unrelenting tirade of the flustered sweaty chef or the obnoxiously rude, inappropriately dressed order girls. week in week out i am a patron of this poorly run business, i will support no longer.i called and spoke to obnoxious aleshia, who quoting what her boss had to say in response to my complaint "he said that's ok, just don't bother coming back if you are not happy" almost choked for words through pure shock i exclaimed that this in not good enough, to which "chef" replied, come on down... 5mins later while again standing in absolute shock (little wonder, have witness this before)the chef ripped apart the pizza which i complained about and yelled me out of the store. not easily embarrassed, this did not both me, though i must admit, i am saddened and embarrassed by the owner/chefs actions and words, how disgraceful for a business owner to treat any customer like that, let alone any other human in such a way. long story short, usually they make great pizzas, sometimes they are average and other time they are just shit - would not recommend on service and moral alone. there is no reason to support such a laughable establishment with a proven track record of abysmal customer service.

Can't wait to try the pizza as we had the pasta and garlic bread pizza and that was amazing long wait but well worth it as taste was amazing!!!!!! see you tonight for the pizza :)

Having travelled over 5000k in italy. i here found a great italian pizza place in narangba. don't know about some of the other posts. must be posted by his competitors or something. maybe by delivery boys otehr pizza chains, judging by the language.

Pizzas here are normally ok. got one tonight that was absolutely terrible. ordered a supreme which was low on everything expect cheap shredded ham. called to make a complaint and copped a disgusting attitude from the guy making the pizzas and was told to bring it back for a refund and that he didnt care about my complaint. returned pizza and copped more attitude and sarcastic remarks about our business not returning. obviously doesnt like customers, even though without us he wouldnt have a business.

I used to think pizza hut made the best pizza, until i moved to narangba and tasted these. heaps of topping on a delicious base! hmmmmm!!! i haven't been back to pizza hut since!

I was told that these guys do the best pizza, now this is coming from someone that is not all that keen on pizza bloody absolutely fantastic aaa+++ 1 slice of pizza has loads of toppings keep it up guys!

This is the best pizza ever. tried it for the first time and have never gone back to eagle boys or dominos. this pizza is soooo much better than those other places. yes it costs more but it is worth every cent.
