 The worst restaurant on the coast

We dealt with the apparent manager at milano's tonight. she was the rudest, most unprofessional woman we have ever have ever dealt with. she would not admit to a simple mistake, and refused to rectify the situation and only offered to reserve an hour and a half old order. do not order from this restaurant. we were so disappointed with this experience. they ripped us off and we were not refunded.

Great food!!! highly recommend for the price. not really an eat in restaurant but takeaway is fab....how can you complain with a leg pizza, garlic bread and drink for $20 bucks and its delish......im on my way to get one now.

Absolutely disgraceful service!!!! ordered via web, had to call four times to see where order was - was supposed to be called back when they located the driver, never called back so had to call again! finally got pizzas 2 hrs later, kids were all asleep so was a complete waste. was told half an hour - bull! pizza wasnt even worth it, 2 or 3 out of 10. shame!!!
