What is wrong with this place

Served by the staff here now nornally when you spend 13.90 the managment have told staff you are not allowed to get your crackle seperated so by the time you get home to eat your meal its soggy all staff at front counter say they are not allowed to put it seperatly which in this day and age and price its rediculous
