This is the worst mcdonalds in australia that i have been to. the staff have made an art form of being rude, or at the very least, unconcerned with the customers and/or reputation that the store has (mind you they always appear to be run off their feet and extra staff may be required with the qualifier that if some of them weren't chatting gaily with other staff rather than assisting then the extra staff may not be required at all). the orders rarely arrive in a timely manner and not as specified. coffee is inconsistent in quality, store is grotty and toilets of a similar ilk.

I recently visited this outlet, order chicken bites-20 pieces and other food.food provided was less in quantity, on complaining management was very rude as well and did not replace my order, nor gave me refund.burn in hell.poorest service. horrible nonconcerned staff.

We visited mcdonalds at yass last sunday at approximately 2pm on our way home from the snow. the food was fresh and the tables were clean. we were in a position able to see the tv screen and there was a great nature show on about australian animals - such a refreshing change from the other mcdonalds we have been to in sydney and on the central coast where they show music clips which are sexually provocative and inappropriate for children to be watching. thanks so much for such a pleasant and relaxing experience.
