How long does it tale for vouchers to be sent out ? still waiting on vouchers as i ordered a small 6nugget meal and a medium fries my small fries weren't in the bag so i rang up and complained we couldn't turn around and go back as we were heading for the sunni coast this is going on 3weeks ago now so what's going ??!!

During the recent floods, maccas yamanto was the only place open on one night when we had no food left in the house and no power to cook it anyway. it was packed, yet the young staff were so quick and efficient, i was quite impressed. there were a few things they did not have, but that was understandable. well done guys!

Bought 2 de-luxe cheese burgers..took em home ...but no cheese..sposed to be a cheese burger innit??..rang yamanto store straight away..phones off hook or lotsa ppl not gettin cheese either?? shame on u macca's

My husband and i bought dinner this evening, large chips, 1 iced coffee and 1 deli-choice turkey and cran. on white and 1 turkey and cran on multigrain.
service was fast, but the girl attending us was new and nervous. she was doing as good a job for someone new.
the girl keyed in the correct order, but on arrival we received 1 multi turkey/cran
and 1 other with something like chicken/bacon on white(?)
we retured the above advising we did not order that. we were given the correct order.
however both rolls seemed stale,hard and not warm. the chips had also been cold and not freshly cooked. my husband and i heard a comment from a staff member that it was the 3rd incorrect roll order that evening. were we in fact given 2 of the previously incorrect orders!
the restaurant was not very busy, but there were several staff on. both packages were the same, nothing disguishing which was which order, i am not blaming the young girl, as she was only doing her job, on her side of the counter, but question the kitchen staff!? we arrived at 8.00, i know this was getting late in the even'g, but quality should not diminish!
