McDonald's Family Restaurants Wish and hope

Lucky dip

I get breakfast here at least twice a week through the drive through and today will be the last time i buy from this restaurant. i expect to recieve what i have ordered and paid for but yet again i was given something i did not order and was not given what i had ordered. i understand that mistakes can occur but not with the frequency it happens here. mcdonalds pride themselves on the training they provide except for one big factor. listening skills. if you cannot provide what is ordered then i am taking my money and going to hungry jacks. i know of other people who feel the same. please take this criticism as frustration in repeatedly ordering items only to arrive at work and find the order is wrong. if your staff will not listen to customers obviously your training is failing or you have incompentant staff who are wrecking this business.
