I am a regular customer of mcdonalds warrawong for my coffee hit on the way to work each day. the only thing that keeps me going there is the convenience of it otherwise i would have stopped going a long time ago. its a 50/50 chance of getting a "have a nice day" or a "thankyou" from this place depending on the staff that are on there are a select few that do actualy understand the importance of customer service and value of interaction with customers from staff. those that are not in that group which are quiet a few totaly dont get it and need some good guidance or training to put them on the right track otherwise as i said before the only thing that keeps this place going is the convinience factor and not their rep. at the least if its to hard to smile and say hello thankyou and have a nice day and speak in a clear manner then at least put one shake of chocolate on a cappaccino or a sugar in when its asked for and wipe the dribble off the side of the cup that is about to be passed into someones drivers window at drive through that will probaly make a mess all through their car.

Mcdonalds new owners may need to concentrate on the customer service delivery of their staff in the mccafe. terrible service at times depending on who is rostered. they either make you wait when no one is at the counter or screw up your order. today 10/01/12 7.30 -8.30 am got a full cream coffee instead of skinny take away and had to wait along side 1 other customer and there was no one else at the counter. however on other days the service is quick, correct and staff are very diligent.

I live in v area n would rather drive to another mc"s as every time i go to warrawong it is always in complete i have never got the order i have asked for never. i go inside to only have to wait for ages to be served and then they can never smile, so go through the drive through to b asked to "park n we will bring yr order out to u" when it comes its always missing sum thing or wrong.this place needs a overhaul n a big shake up. very :(( ( 1 other thing they need to bring back v mini icee"s as lil ones carnt drink a hole big icee, its all bout money up there its not a family rest at all or they would cater for all v family!!)

Yesterday my partner and i went to warrawong mcdonalds as we had just visited a home renovation shop and were starving, we ordered two chicken snack wraps and two cheese and bacon burgers with bbq sauce and an hour later we were both violently ill.... salmonella yuck... stay clear from this joint

Majority of the time i go to warrawong mcdonalds our order is incorrect. whether the burger be wrong, sauces even missing items all together. i also find it crazy that they dont do eftpos after a certain time, how inconvenient for customers. customer service fails big time for this mcdonalds restaurant ... although which mcdonalds pass's????

Your typical mcdonald?s until it comes to the non-existent service. you have to wait in long queues while chaos reigns with the staff running around like headless chooks but doing little other then talking and yelling. does not matter what time of day or night you go there it is a disaster zone. then when you finally get your order inside the restaurant you will find most times there are no straws for your drink or paper serviettes and the bins overflowing with rubbish. even the drive-through is long and slow with people waiting in the car park for ages to get their order or driving off with someone else?s order. this place is a dump, try another mcdonald's.
