 I got yelled at...

At 6:30am i went through the drive-in service, looking for breakfast. i must have taken a few seconds too long with my order as i got yelled at twice by the service person in completing my order. it was a terrible shrill voice. i quickly thought it over and decided i didn't appreciate being yelled at early in the morning, told them so, and left without the order. i went to hungry jacks where they had the grace not to yell at me. i later phoned the mcdonalds store manager to advise of the poor service. losing a customer in this way is just silly.

 Worst customer service

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. after two visits thru their drive thru i will never go back. my 1st drive thru experience i had to spell my order to the person because he didn't understand english. the 2nd drive thru visit we waited for nearly 15mins at the drive thru window & no-one came to apologise for the delay or even offered us our drinks while we waited or even asked if we would like to wait in the waiting zone. there were no other customers in the shop as it was 5.30am. i had to get out of the car and ask for the manager when he came to the window he threatened to take my order from me. the whole experience at this particular store is appalling and a disgrace to the mcdonalds foodchain.

I been there last night and had one of the worst staff there and worst service ever seen at mcdonalds. i dont want to go there ever again ..

 Forgotten customer

Twice lately i have been left & forgotten in the service bay waiting for 2 coffees while every car behind me got served. when i went inside and got them one was plain milk. the week before the coffees were cold. i don't want to sit in the service bay anymore.
