I once again ordered a simple bacon and egg mcmuffin with avocardo. it was not busy, but as usual the staff were chatting and not watching what they were supposed to be doing. no surprise, no avocardo, again!!! the standards have dropped significantly from the days when i worked there. we worked in fear of losing our jobs if we slacked off, it is very disapointing.

I walked in with an amazing atmosphere and friendly people around and when i got to the register, the guy on register said how are you and talked to me in a gentle voice and i got my order just after i ordered it and sat in the booth area with air conditioning and free wifi. i am happy to give mcdonalds sylvania a 10 out of 10. one of the best stores in australia

Sunday morning not happy gabrielle servered me she got the order in front of me incorrect and then mine however i travelled and could not return no egg on my wrap and i was overcharged $1.00 the manager a girl was yelling at the staff at the back in front of customers great customer service 25.9.2011 and to top this off i called the shop 3 times and not answer once again excellent customer service not
