Disgusted!

I visited this macdonalds today 23/11/09 and found in the ladies toilets there were maggots on the floor - you may need to have these toilets sprayed and cleaned more often since food is being prepared only a few metres away. quite disgusting.

Relaxing

This morning i popped in for a coffee and had my two little girls with me. i had my hands full however i was well looked after by staff both at the counter and in the restaurant. i never expect to be looked after once i have purchased my meal, so it was a nice extra glow to my day. it was all simple stuff eg one staff member saw i needed a spoon and headed off to ask the staff at the counter to get me one. nothing fancy, just good solid customer service. i didnt have to ask for it, it was all so natural. the manager also saw i needed one and also asked for a spoon for me at the same time. its hard to find good customer service in many places, and the funny thing is its not hard to do. thanks for making my experience relaxing and welcoming. 9:45am wednesday 21/10/09. i'll be back:)
