Worst lunchtime experience

Had an awful encounter yesterday with lunchtime manager who played passive aggressive word games claiming they don't serve double cheeseburgers or chicken burgers to me in the drive thru when i did not have access to their new "mac" names. this unshaven man seemed to treat customers as sport, lecturing me rudely as "absolutely wrong" and laughing at me openly along with the counter staff when i left in frustration. no meal is worth this!
