After standing in store for 15 min and watching almost 20 cars go though drive thru. the 2 people in front of myself were served and i got to the counter. not very happy i asked to see the manager ,my complaint was meet not with concern but with the comment of well i am the manager and i don't have staff to help then she turned a walked away. there was 5 staff in cooking area, 3 staff on drive thru,2 walking around the store and 1 girl cooking chips. the customer is meant to be important. sale store has a rep for being the worst in gippsland , i wonder why.
