Don't even bother do yourself a favour and keep driving as you wont receive what you ordered and the quality is terrible there reputation in the area is a well known local joke.

I am disappointed that i cannot depend on getting the complete order or finding something missing in the way of sugar for the coffee, syrup for the hotcakes etc. it happens often and speaking to other locals it is a constant from your store. purchasing breakfast is a convenience but having to return to fulfil the order is an inconvenience and costs petrol to get back there. when i phoned after returning home to nelson bay to find the syrup missing kelly asked that i return to collect it. the breakfast experience was ruined. this has been a problem for a long time. you have the monopoly being the only store in the area so how about you get it right. it is bad business when there is no offer for the inconvenience incurrred either when this occurs.
