Pathetic service

Staff r more concerned about socialising and sms on the drive thru . both my kids have medical conditions r alergic to onions gerkins etc but yet i always ask to have food without these but i'm still yet to get any service. mcdonalds need an adult to run the diner and not kids thy don't know the idea of service or cleaniness
