Terrible service!!

Pulled in to the meadowbrook mackaz tonight around 11 oclock and mate the service wasn't too bad but the food that he gave us was absolute crap!. the chips taste like they were cooked 2 hours ago and same with the big mac. really dissapointed will not be going back there again!.

I visited the drive thru last weekend, the experience was great! the drive thru crew were amazing, especially dylan. 10/10. good work, keep it up!

Went through the drive thru a few days ago and the service was excellent ! was served very quickly and the food was hot and fresh, i intend to go to this store alot more often !

Your loganlea store has got to be the worst store i have encountered i have frequented this store a great deal over the past 8 years and i have found that over the last two years that most times my order is either wrong / short/ or you cannot supply the item tonight was the last straw when i came in to get some of your mcflurrys to find that your store had no correct containers and when i was given the two mcflurrys i had to question why one was only 2 thirds full?? this has happend to me on many occassions and when i have bought coffe from the mccafe i asked for a flat white and got half a cup of froth i don't mind paying for my items but would appreciate getting what i pay for all of the time if this is not addressed i will no longer come to this store and i will tell all my friends and work collegues that frequent your store daily

After being at logan hospital emergency for hours on friday evening, my hungry family decided to have "macca's" for dinner - it was about 11:30pm & we used the drive through. after ordering and waiting for our turn to pay, 3x teenage girls walked around from the front and stood at the window, as i was next in turn, i had half a mind to drive into them but beeped my hoon and asked them to move instead. they replied that they were told to come to this window to order as it was too busy inside. when i challenged the window operator (pointing out the oh&s sign) she replied that the manager told her she had to serve them even though she thought it was wrong too. why if this is the case couldn't they stand behind a car in line and wait their turn instead of jumping ahead of the 4-5 cars behind me! when we got to the window to receive our food, etc. we noticed that the que inside weren't that long at all.
annoyed, i commented to the lass that our food better all be there as it had been a long night and we all just wanted to get home. and guess what? suprise, suprise! we got home with our meal, only to find that my food was missing! great end to an unfortunate night!

My husband and i visited the meadowbrook resturant the other week.... being on a school day...at the time of about 3-30. well ....we stood in line, and these high school kids were getting served before us...at a til that wasnt operating...so we thought!!!!! then when we did order we had ages to wait... the people behind ther counter were more interested in watching everyone else, and wasnt very polite...
so we finially recieved our order and went to find a clean table...( which i had to clean)....then these teenager kids kept goin to the counter and boosting about how they got free food and drinks...
then i found a hair in my food which totally sickened me...we left the place in total disgust!!! i hate bad reports as we have a business myself and have people work for me, i'd prefer to know if my employees werent up to speed....so hope you appreciate this..!!!
