By far the worst customer service i have ever experienced! after giving direct instructions to make the food fresh - a bag filled with cold disgusting chips was served! halfway up the road and a boot of groceries in the back i promptly called to say it wasnt good enough... only to be told i had to drive all the way back to replace the food they should of got right the first time!
based on principle and how rude the manager was i indeed went back with the bag of crap they had served to find that she wouldnt face me at the service window... no one would discuss the matter...
handed hot chips - that by this stage i didnt want - and went home in the foulest mood!
not the first time... and because im sure it probably wont be the last time - i wont be returning!!!
goodluck to the future morons being hired and fired in mcdonalds loganholme... your a bunch of useless fucktards!!!

You have a 30% chance of getting the actual coffee you ordered - most staff seem to think a cappuchino is a latte. and the burgers (breakfast) are thrown together like nobody gives a damn. consistently the worst macdonalds restaurant i have been to anywhere in the world.
