Bad slow unfriendly service

The last 2 times i have been in 24/5/09 for breakfast and a few weeks ago for lunch the service has been slow and unfriendly breakfacst yesterday was especially bad and extremely slow my hash brown was extremely overcooked i took it back and got another one that was only slightly better my muffin was dreadful with the top half in 2 pieces pick up your act
