Its bad enouugh that you go through the drive thru and get home and you dont have all the order in your bags that you have paid for but then you try and ring for more the 3/4 off an hour and no one will take your call have been a regular customer for many years not good enought tonight

 Disgusting toilets

Just commenting on the condition of toilets yesterday 13/4/9 at this location (around 1pm).
the womens toilets were disgusting, toilet paper all over the floor, wee on toilet seat etc. husband went into disabled toilets because mens toilets were closed and he said he has never seen toilets like it.
i let them know about the conditions of the toilets and within 5 minutes they sent to young boys with the mop and bucket.
what worries me more than anything above is the fact that they pulled out the mop and bucket from the back restaurant area and i noticed it was coloured green (kitchen area colour)
they took the mop and bucket to the toilet and then took it back to the kitchen area.
shouldnt their be a different colour mop and bucket used for toilet areas and not using the kitchen one??
i work in the cleaning industry and know all about colour coding for different areas and considering you would need to following food hygiene guidelines etc, the same bucket should not be used.
i would presume that staff their should be made aware of these sorts of things.
