Not impressed

Given the location of your store, most people treat it as a "grab and go"...which is precisely what our family did at 7.45am on sunday 30th oct. it was really disappointing to find some of our order missing and our juice tasting more like orange flavoured water. it was disgusting. we didnt have time to stop and go back. please be more careful in future as no doubt many other customers are in the same position as us timewise.
